If you could only choose one, this would be it: basic and indestructible, it never goes out of style. This retro-style swimwear inspired by the original Californian board shorts is built to withstand summers of surfing without any signs of wear and tear. Technical, comfortable, always elegant.
The secret ingredient: soft lining beneath the canvas to prevent chafing. Board Shorts are water-repellent, fast-drying and saltwater, sun and chlorine resistant. The indestructible zigzag seams were inspired by sailing materials and the mid-thigh length allows for freedom of movement. Two hidden slits at the bottom of the legs quickly remove water. It features a two-button fly, drawstring closure.
The materials for our board shorts come from a manufacturer of technical textiles in Isère, the laces come from Cholet. They are assembled in Saint Malo, at the Kerdier workshop, which specializes in complex products.
The Surf Shorts have a lace and button closure, stainless steel eyelets and no inner briefs. These highly resistant polyamide fabrics guarantee fast drying and good UV protection. The colours are resistant to the sun, sea water and chlorine. Zig-zag stitches reinforce the main seams. The crotch seam is made with anti-irritation foam thread.
