Technical Fabric
Hoalen, for its second version of the Coaster jacket, to use the French textile manufacturer Sofileta, an expert in technical fabrics based in the Lyon region. If the Coaster 2 is more efficient, it is notably thanks to the selection of a water-repellent material "Ultimat", which ensures protection in very wet conditions. This lightweight fabric (140 gsm) combined with its ultra-thin polyamide lining (50 gsm) improves freedom of movement and comfort.
Breathable
In addition to being durable, this outer fabric has excellent breathability qualities, i.e. the ability to wick moisture from perspiration to the outside and thus avoid any unpleasant sensation of wetness. This lightweight polyamide fabric (140 gsm) is indeed coated with polyurethane.
Hot
To fill the Coaster 2, Hoalen uses a synthetic wadding with a density of 60 gsm, made in Portugal. This thermal insulation provides lightness, comfort, and thermal performance in high cold and wet conditions.
