Once made, the T-shirt is washed in order to give it a real softness when worn and to avoid any deterioration of size during the first washings. The ribbing is solid: 2 layers of tightly packed ribbing surround the thickness of the jersey. Thanks to its reinforced double stitching, the collar will withstand repeated washings without warping.
