Waterproof & warm
For the outer fabric of this jacket, we chose "Staywax Sahara 6" fabric. This wax-like fabric is both sturdy and supple. Easy to care for, it contains a unique blend of waxes that have the advantage of being machine washable. Developed by British Millerain, founded in 1880 in Yorkshire, this manufacturer specializing in the development of water-repellent materials is historically known for the quality and strength of its fabrics, which originally equipped fishermen on small trawlers on the English coast.
Durable fabric
To restore the shine, suppleness and water repellency of your jacket's waxed cotton (after about 5 washes), you can easily rewax it yourself with a spray wax (we recommend the TX.Direct Spray-On from Nikwax). Our Ocean Stores also offer you the possibility to bring your jacket to the shop to have it rewaxed (allow 24 hours for your jacket to dry in store).

Fully lined in synthetic fur and lined in poly-cotton on the sleeves, hood with drawstrings and protective visor, small anti-friction tab under the chin, zipper closure under a button placket, invisible ribbed cuffs, two side pockets, Hoalen fabric label sewn on the hip.
