The Mungo jacket joins the Hoalen range. As sporty as it is stylish, it is your best ally for life on the coast.
Hoalen, for its first version of the Mungo jacket, uses the British textile manufacturer Millerain, founded in 1880 in Yorkshire. This factory specialized in the development of water repellent materials is historically known for the quality and resistance of its fabrics which originally equipped the fishermen of small trawlers of the English coast.
In addition to being resistant, the outer fabric of the Mungo has excellent qualities of breathability, that is to say the ability to evacuate towards the outside the humidity due to perspiration and thus avoid any unpleasant sensation of humidity.
To ensure good thermal insulation, Hoalen uses a synthetic wadding made in Portugal with a density of 120 gsm to fill this jacket. This synthetic thermal insulation provides a particularly interesting warmth considering its lightness. The ultra-thin beige lining was selected from our French supplier Sofileta, which manufactures this strong 50 gsm polyamide fabric in the Lyon region. The addition of invisible cotton sleeves on the cuffs contributes to its optimal insulation from the cold.
Bombers style with ribbed cuffs and collar, stitching on the outside. One large breast pocket with small Hoalen label since 2006, and two welt side pockets. Zipper closure, and snaps with Hoalen seaweed logo. Contrasted lining.
