For more than ten years, Hoalen has been keeping a well-guarded secret: a real carpentry workshop at the heart of its headquarters in northern Finistère. Not just a DIY corner, but a fully-fledged workshop—the kind every carpenter dreams of—brought to life by a succession of exceptional craftsmen: Stevan, Vincent, Martin, and now Robin & Zach. Why a carpentry workshop? Because our Ocean Stores breathe maritime pine. It lines our walls, often our floors, and gives life to all the decorative objects that make up the soul of our stores. This workshop is the guardian of our coherence, from one Ocean Store to the next. It is also our freedom: the freedom to create, to evolve, to repair, and to adapt constantly in order to welcome you better. Our carpenters have therefore imagined and crafted around a hundred pieces inspired by the twelve most iconic objects of our Ocean Store furniture. A chance to bring a little of the Ocean Store spirit into your own home.
